Shipping costs are included in Continental USA for orders over 50$.
For other regions please send us an email with the product that you would like and your postal code and we will quote you a shipping fee.
Once the product leaves, you will be sent a tracking number by email. All shipments are fully insured (we cover the cost of the insurance) and tracked to guarantee delivery.
If the carrier ask for a crazy surcharge for a remote area we will contact to know if you want to pay it or get a full refund.
For hammocks coming from outside of the USA you will be responsible for all duty fees.
